Ghosting Zed Lures
General:
Ghosting is a common "turn-on / turn-off " body marking mode, used by prey and predators alike to hide or hunt. Both commonly reduce their visual markings to "blend in" with their surroundings, then display a sharp body marking and a UV flash just before panic flight or attack.
When:
One of the most effective of lures in clear water. Ghosting Zed Lures exhibit a true ghosting effect as they change colour, by refraction, to match surrounding environmental colours. This is "True Ghosting" combined with pre panic flight, high visibility markings to trigger a strike response in predatory fish. On still water days and high sun when nothing seems to work, switch to a Ghosting Zed. During pre dawn and dusk, in deep water and at night switch to a Lumo Ghost.
